Private consultation

45 minutes.
One constraint.
No pitch.

We find what is actually stopping the business, test it against evidence, and I tell you straight whether I can help — including when the answer is no.

45 min private, one session
1 constraint, named and tested
0 slides, scripts, or sales pitch
Limited sessions each month, reviewed personally
The session

Most consultations are a sales call wearing a diagnosis costume.

This one is not. You will be pushed on vague answers, and that is the entire value. If a program is wrong for you, I would rather say so in forty-five minutes than take your money and find out in week three.

What it is

  • A working session on your actual business
  • Symptoms separated from the constraint underneath
  • The evidence tested — or its absence named
  • One first action you can take this week
  • A straight recommendation, whatever it is

What it is not

  • A pitch with a discount at the end
  • Generic advice you could have read anywhere
  • A free strategy document produced on the call
  • A conversation that ends without a decision
  • Something I will chase you about afterwards
If you cannot say where you are stuck, that is the constraint.
How it runs

Three phases

Before

The snapshot

You send a short brief — stage, revenue band, and the constraint as you currently understand it. Ten minutes of preparation makes the session twice as useful, because we start at the second question instead of the first.

The 45

The work

We separate the symptom from the constraint, test it against whatever evidence exists, and find what would have to be true for it to move. Expect to be interrupted when an answer is vague. Precision is the product.

After

The decision

You leave with the constraint named, a first action, and a recommendation — a program, an advisory engagement, or neither. If it is neither, I will tell you where to look instead.

Who this is for

  • Founders whose business runs on their personal effort
  • CEOs whose growth works but cannot be explained or repeated
  • Executive teams facing a transaction, succession, or board pressure
  • Leaders who suspect they are solving the wrong problem well

Who it is not for

  • Anyone looking for motivation rather than operating discipline
  • Businesses unwilling to look honestly at financials or governance
  • Idea-stage founders still validating the core problem
  • Anyone wanting a free plan rather than a real diagnosis

Tell me what is stuck.

Sessions are limited each month and reviewed personally. The more specific your answer to the last question, the faster I can tell you whether this is worth both our time.
